Membership 

Our organization is dedicated to actively supporting teachers as they navigate unprecedented teaching contexts this year. In order to maximize accessibility to our resources and learning opportunities during the COVID-19 pandemic, PASE is offering a reduced membership fee of $5 for the 2020 - 2021 school year. This discounted rate is available for both new and returning members. 

 

PASE members receive discounted registration rates to the following opportunities: 

  • Our annual fall and spring conferences

  • Monthly gatherings such as:

  • Other virtual events, such as:

    • Comprehensible input workshops in partnership with Altamira Language Learning

    • World language PD workshops 

    • A world language EdCamp

 

In addition to discounts on webinars and virtual workshops, our member are also eligible to receive:

  • Act 48 hours

  • Monthly email newsletters

  • Grant and sponsorship opportunities

  • Raffle entries

FAQ

Do I need to be a current K-12 educator to become a member?

PASE welcomes Spanish educators of all experience levels and teaching backgrounds! Whether you're preparing to embark on your first year of teaching or you're a tenured university professor, our membership is open to you. Retired teachers are also welcome!

What is the cost of membership?

PASE is offering a discounted rate of $5 during the 2020-2021 school year to maximize our support to educators during the COVID-19 pandemic. The usual annual cost of membership is $15 for one year or $25 for two years.

How long is my membership active?

Our membership year runs from September 1 - August 31.

I'm not sure if my membership is still active. What should I do?

How can I be added to PASE's mailing list?

If register as a member, you'll automatically be added to our mailing list so that we can provide you with the latest information regarding our resources and events. If you are not currently a member, you can still subscribe to our listserv by entering your email address in the subscribe box on the footer of this page.

I teach a language other than Spanish. Can I still become a member?

Yes! Many of our events and resources are accessible and relevant to all world language educators.
